一看又是 XDB.DBMS_XDBUTIL_INT 包的問題。 之前也看到過這個(gè)問題，也整理了篇文章來說明：

樓主說這個(gè)對象是無效的，并且不能編譯。 看來就只能重新安裝了。在 metalink 上搜了一下。相關(guān)信息如下。

1.Shutdownandrestartthedatabase.
2.Connectassysdbaandrunthecatnoqm.sqlscript.Maintainaspoolofthe

6.RestartdatabaseandlistenertoenableOracleXMLDBprotocolaccess.
